Equixly is a VC-backed cybersecurity startup founded to revolutionise API security by leveraging proprietary artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms. Our platform automates the API Security Testing process, enabling companies to identify deep vulnerabilities on APIs – today’s most exposed attack surface – in a scalable and timely manner.

Trusted by leading enterprise clients, Equixly is scaling rapidly across Europe and has recently expanded its footprint with a new office in London.

We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our next stage of growth. This role is focused on customer retention, contract renewals, and long-term relationship management, ensuring our clients achieve continuous value from Equixly’s platform.

This is a strategic role with direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention, and recurring revenue.


What You Will Do

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, acting as their primary relationship owner after onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive contract renewals and proactively manage the renewal cycle.
  • Monitor customer health and product adoption, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers.
  • Coordinate internally with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to support customer success.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales on upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally to improve product and service quality.


What We Are Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in IT/SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience managing customer relationships and contract renewals.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and productivity software.
  • Bonus point: Experience in cybersecurity or Application Security.
  • Bonus point: Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
