We are now looking for an experienced and driven Channel Sales Manager – Southern Europe to build and grow our partner network across the region, with a primary focus on Italy and Spain. This role will focus on developing strategic relationships with resellers and technology partners, enabling them to successfully position and sell Equixly’s solutions.

This is a high-impact opportunity to play a key role in our international growth and shape the development of our partner ecosystem.


What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute the partner strategy for Southern Europe, with a focus on Italy and Spain.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic reseller and technology partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders to drive long-term collaboration and growth.
  • Enable partner sales teams through training, joint planning, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Generate new pipeline and revenue through partner-led and partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the direct sales team to support and close deals involving partners.
  • Coordinate joint marketing and demand-generation initiatives with partners and internal marketing teams.
  • Monitor partner performance, market trends, and competitive activity to optimise channel strategy.
  • Represent Equixly at partner meetings, customer engagements, and industry events.


What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Alliances within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem in Italy and Spain, particularly resellers and technology alliances.
  • Proven track record of building and growing partner-driven pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience working with enterprise or mid-market cybersecurity solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly proactive, entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel across Southern Europe (approximately 20%).


Success Metrics - First 12 months

  • Successfully recruit and onboard a set of high-quality reseller and technology partners in Southern Europe.
  • Build a strong partner pipeline contributing significantly to regional revenue.
  • Enable partner sales teams through structured training, certifications, and joint sales activities.
  • Establish joint business plans with key partners and execute go-to-market initiatives.
  • Generate consistent partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Strengthen Equixly’s brand visibility in the regional partner ecosystem.
